With over 20 years of experience in public education, equity, inclusivity and success for every child she serves remains at the center of her work.

Leveraging her training in Improvement Science through Carnegie and District Transformation through her non-profit experience, Mrs. Carter continues to create systems of change that ensure all children have access to, and the benefit of, a high quality, equitable public education as evidenced by the transformation occurring in Battle Creek Public Schools.
