Finding, Recruiting, Hiring and Keeping New Teachers

Great Lakes V (Lower Level)
18 January
Time:  3:00 pm - 4:15 pm
Location:  Great Lakes V (Lower Level)

Our HR Director, the Hosts of our New Teacher Program, and the Superintendent will present the changes KPS made in order to attract high quality staff members. We also developed a new teacher induction program and focused our philosophy on preparing staff for the new world of education. We believe this "system" can be implemented everywhere. It's much different from giving a new teacher a key and saying, "Good luck."
