Align Tiered Support, Systems & Community Partners to Improve Student Well-Being

Prairies IV (Lower Level)
19 January
Time:  3:15 pm - 4:30 pm
Location:  Prairies IV (Lower Level)

Oakridge Public Schools is dedicated to partnering with the community to blend resources, training, coaching, tiered systems of support, data, and practices to improve the whole child experience. The Oakridge Public Schools Board of Education conducted a strategic planning process to align priorities and actions from the board room to the classroom to implement tiered systems of support for academics and behavior. Recognizing that schools cannot do it alone, community partners (school-based health center, community mental health agency, local hospital, and MDHHS) have been embedded within the districts comprehensive systems of support and interventions focused on what children and families need to thrive.
