Wednesday

• 7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Shuttles available every 15 minutes
• 1 – 11 p.m. – Bell stand will be on standby if guests are in need of transportation
• 4:30 – 6 p.m. – Shuttles available every 15 minutes

Thursday

• 7 – 9 a.m. – Shuttles available every 15 minutes
• 9 a.m. – 11 p.m. – Bell stand will be on standby in guests are in need of transportation
• 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. – Shuttles available every 15 minutes

Friday

• 7 – 8:30 a.m. – Shuttles available every 15 minutes
• 8:30 – 11 p.m. – Bell stand will be on standby if guests are in need of transportation
• 11 a.m. – Noon – Shuttles available every 15 minutes

Additional Hotels

Due to construction, the Radisson is not at full-capacity. Two overflow hotels are available for the Midwinter Conference. Both are only 2-3 blocks from the event hotel.  These hotels are offering the same group rate as the Radisson. Shuttles are being arranged.
