District teams at Gratiot Isabella RESD are transforming MTSS practices and creating a lasting impact for student wellbeing, engagement, and instructional time. Participants will learn about how using the Transtheoretical Model of Change can be helpful in combating initiative fatigue and providing individualized support to schools. A variety of implementation strategies will be shared through the story of a school that established systems for measuring the effects of the change while engaging implementation teams in collaborative discussion about the results
