In her work, Ms. Spencer Cesaro has developed economic impact models, policy analysis, and robust labor market analytics to help businesses, communities, and education institutions. Ms. Spencer Cesaro holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education with a concentration in music from New York University and a master’s degree in public administration from Columbia University.
