Time:  3:00 pm - 4:15 pm
Location:  Richard A (Level 5)

Ready to take your strategic planning to the next level? Join us for a practical session on how to leverage student enrollment projections effectively. Traditional methods using birth data and cohort survival rates fall short, especially for communities with school choice and transient populations. We'll show you updated, more accurate methodologies that address the challenges faced by smaller districts and declining enrollments. Discover how incorporating precise student enrollment projections into your planning process can impact decision-making for budgeting, staffing, and facility needs.
