Johanna Mracna has served in many educational roles, most currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of School Administration and Innovation for the West Bloomfield School District. Johanna’s professional foci include Systemic Change Initiatives, Equity in Education, Staff Coaching, Training and PD, District and School Improvement Planning and Processes, School Safety and SEL Supports among others. Johanna’s passion for education is deeply intertwined with her goal to support all students and she is dedicated to the success of the students within the West Bloomfield School District.

Outside of her career, Johanna enjoys spending her time with her husband, daughter and son who are the lights of her life.
