The session will discuss the innovation and investment in early childhood through the Preschool Development Grant (PDG), Michigan Early Childhood Connect (MiECC), and how the work is supporting early childhood systems building, both statewide and locally. This presentation will be centered on the Michigan Collection Action plan, and how the work of PDG and MiECC are working to create systems that support statewide infrastructure and support for local districts in helping prepare their local communities and ultimately, children prior to school entry.
